All new Computer Equipment has a standard one-year parts and labor warranty, with the exception of OEM CPU's which are covered for 30-days. If any components fail within one year of the purchase date, Computer Lane will repair or replace the defective components. A 3-year warranty is available for new complete computer systems and can be purchased within 30-days of the original purchase for
either $99 or $149 depending on the system.

Notebook Computer batteries included with our used systems are sold as-is, and are not covered by any warranty.
Software problems are not covered under our warranty. Systems come with the software installed and configured correctly. Should any software problems occur for any reason, it is a non-warranty issue. Software problems can be fixed at a regular hourly rate.
Should a component no longer be available on the market, Computer Lane will replace the defective part with comparable parts that are available.
Warranty is void in the case of misuse or physical damage to any equipment. Physically opening any component or breaking the warranty tags VOIDS the customer warranty.
We make every effort to deliver to you a computer system that will be reliable during and beyond our warranty coverage.
